I have bought and sold homes a dozen times in my life, and I never pa id much attention to my "choice" of Realtor. I really didn't think it could make much difference. Well, my experience with Land Catchers forever changed my thinking on that. Land Catchers suggested a selling price that was more than I thought I could get, but provided me convincing reasons why it was achievable. I received multiple offers in the first week and ultimately sold the property for much more than I dreamed possible. However, it was not easy. At every step, there were obstacles, most of which would have stymied any other Realtor. My driveway was laid over the neighbor's property and I had no easement; this threatened to cost me $30k+ in legal fees. Land Catchers negotiated an alternative easement, drafted the instruments, and secured a title-insurable right of way for the buyers...all during escrow. Additionally, the appraisal came in low and didn't support the sales price. Land Catchers prepared an exhaustive, well documented appeal, and within days, the appraisal was amended to match the sale price. I have no doubt that had I gone with a different Realtor, this sale would have fallen through. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Our Land Catchers Agent was quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns we had during the whole process of the construction of our new home, which included drawing up customized contracts. If for any reason he didn’t have an answer for us, our agent was able to get back to us with the information in a timely manner.
